Welcome to MOST Physical Therapy

MOST (Mobile Orthopedic and Sports Therapy) Physical Therapy is a home based physiotherapy clinic located on our acreage near Lumsden and Craven, Saskatchewan. We are very pleased to be able to offer this service in our home community.

Lee (Leandre) and Nicole Gallais each have over 30 years of experience in orthopedic physiotherapy including work injuries, motor vehicle injuries and sports therapy. Both Lee and Nicole are licensed in acupuncture by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. Lee is a certified Sports Physical Therapist. Nicole is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation (Balance and Dizziness) and dry needling.

Orthopedic PT and Dry Needling

We provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for a wide range of orthopedic conditions and injuries. Treatment usually includes a combination of manual therapy techniques, and exercise/activities to alleviate pain and improve function. Treatment sessions may also include modalities and/or acupuncture or dry needling.

Concussion, Vertigo, Balance and Dizziness

Nicole is Certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and has extensive experience in the treatment of vertigo (including BPPV) and other conditions resulting in dizziness and affecting balance. Nicole also has extensive experience in concussion managment and return to function following concussion.

Physical Therapy Home Visits

We are very pleased to now be offering Physical Therapy Home Visits in the Lumsden/Craven and surrounding area. Assessment and treatment for chronic pain conditions, post-operative care, balance and mobility concerns, and more, provided in your home. Call for more information.
